4. Incompatibility & User Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their hosting and WordPress version meet the requirements of the product. We are not liable for incompatibility with third-party plugins or specific server configurations.
5. Unauthorized Claims
Opening a dispute or chargeback with PayFast without contacting our support first will result in immediate termination of your account and access to future updates. We encourage direct communication to resolve any delivery issues.
